This program aims to end financial challenges for low-income families in the region because financial crises are common in Assam. The government will directly transfer benefits to the citizens of the state under this scheme. Inclusion Eligibility Criteria
The Inclusion eligibility criteria for this program are listed below:
- Must be an Assamese state permanent resident.
- Must have a ration card holder that has been seeded with Aadhar.
- If a woman applies, she must be an adult from a family who is at least 18 years old.
- Applying under this system is open to widows, unmarried women (45+), divorced women, deserted women, and transgender people.
- All Divyanga people, regardless of gender, are qualified to apply for this program.
- Women who are elderly or ill are eligible to apply for this program.
- Under this system, women from households with elderly or disabled earners may apply.
- This program is open to women who have been diagnosed with HIV, Thalassemia, hemophilia, cerebral palsy, leprosy, or autism.
- The lady who is without any permanent place to live are eligible for applying under this scheme.

- Applications for this plan are not accepted from the homes of MPs, MLAs, CEMs, EMs, or their former counterparts.

- Teachers, physicians, engineers, architects, certified public accountants, lawyers, and bankers are not qualified.
- Not eligible are income tax payers, real estate brokers, industrialists, government contractors, trade license holders, and businesspeople.
- Families possessing motorized four-wheelers are ineligible.
- Not a single marginal landowner
- Recipients of comparable cash programs, such as “orunodoi plus,” are not qualified.
