E Challan

An E Challan is a traffic ticket or fine issued for violating traffic rules. If any citizen of India is driving a vehicle on the road and is not following all the traffic rules and regulations then the traffic police are eligible to issue a challan for the driver. Nowadays the traffic police are issuing E Challans that are easy to maintain and save a lot of time by doing everything online. To issue an e challan the traffic police officer just needs the vehicle number and the challan will be issued in the vehicle owner’s name. The citizens can also pay their e-challan online by just visiting the Parivahan portal.
