Apply for an Aadhaar Card
STEP 1: All citizens of India who want to apply for an Aadhar Card online are requested to visit the official UIDAI website by clicking on the link here.
STEP 2: Once the citizens reach the homepage of the official website they must click on the option “book an appointment” under the heading “My Aadhar”.
STEP 3: A new page will appear on your desktop screen the citizens must enter their state and click on the option “proceed to book appointment”.
STEP 4: After successfully booking an appointment can now visit authorized Aadhaar enrolment centers across India.
STEP 5: After visiting the centre the citizens can give the official all the documents that are required and no citizens will receive their Aadhar Card shortly.
Verification Process
- After the successful enrollment of the citizen, the data undergoes for quality checks and a verification process. This process ensures that the data is authentic and eliminates all duplication.

- All the resident foreign nationals who have state in India for more than 182 days in the last 12 months are eligible to get Android for Aadhar Card by submitting their valid documents and biometric details.
- Residents from certain states/UTs may have specific enrollment processes, especially if covered under the National Population Register (NPR).
